The kitchen - best ingredients from next door for unique dishes
Here the boss really gets the ingredients himself: In the own trout pond the fish are raised by family Steuer with much love and joy, so that they can be served freshly caught. Other fish specialities come directly from Lake Constance from friendly fishermen. The game comes from their own hunting. As chef Jürgen Steuer knows how important first-class meat quality is for a successful dish. And who better to judge this than the hunter himself?
