The villa and history of the restaurant
High up on the Hoyerberg, between old apple tree plantations, an old carpenter's workshop was once found. This charming place inspired Sonja and Reiner Fischer to realize their vision in 1991: A small hotel villa called VILLINO. The restaurant came to life the following April with 25 seats. The passion and hospitality soon became noticeable: 1988 followed first star in the Guide Michelin. In the meantime, it was awarded for the 19th time in a row.

The ambience alone is worth a visit: a gentle glimmer of the old chandeliers dips the noble fabrics and lovingly decorated tables into a stylish ambience. The atmosphere is immediately transformed when you take your seat and opens your senses for unforgettable hours.
The light, refined cuisine under the direction of chef Toni Neumann, combined with ingredients from local regions, inspired by the cuisines of Italy and Asia, arranged into small works of art on plates, is an intoxication for all the senses.

The grandiose wine cellar has surprises and exquisites in store and leaves nothing to be desired by the discerning wine lover.
During a wine tour accompanying the menu, corresponding top wines from all wine-growing regions around the globe are presented by the glass.
Sociality and cheerfulness - loggia and bar
A gentle breeze from the lake, the concert of birds, the scent of roses, a lively conversation - what could touch the soul more than indulging in the culinary temptations of the VILLINO kitchen in the conservatory or loggia? The bar for an aperitif or after a meal. The relaxed atmosphere invites you to chat and lets time pass by unnoticed. Noble brandies, also from close proximity, as well as a very thoughtful selection of spirits fill the bar menu.

Chef Toni Neumann and Sous Chef Sebastian Quednau will introduce you to the secrets of Cucina dei Sensi. Prepare delicious dishes together with the two top gastronomes or experience an extraordinary tasting together with restaurant chef and sommelier Rainer Hörmann in the stimulating rustic wine cellar. You need neither previous knowledge nor your own apron, good mood and appetite are enough.
