After more than 30 years of professional experience and 16 years of self-employment in the gastronomy business with restaurant business, banquets and catering
we have fulfilled our dream, a wonderfully located hotel
-directly on Lake Constance.
Hospitality and cordiality in a familiar atmosphere are our values. Since April 1st, 2014, we have been running the Hotel Rebstöckle in the idyllic winegrowing and fishing village of Hagnau in order to offer our guests "young or old" - "private or business" - an unforgettable stay.
In addition to the high living comfort, the beautiful location of the hotel and the wonderful Lake Constance with its Mediterranean flair, the wonderful landscapes, the personal service and the personal care of our guests are especially in the foreground. Our top priority is to spoil our dear guests and to make their stay in the Rebstöckle as pleasant and relaxing as possible.
This feeling of well-being and comfort, paired with our competent, cordial service and the regional fresh cuisine with Mediterranean influences, makes the guest a "friend of the house".
Chef Bernd Huber, who completed his training in several "excellent restaurants", has realized his passion for cooking in the "regional Mediterranean" cuisine with easy preparation.
"The product is the star": this is how Bernd Huber likes to characterise his philosophy of cooking. Refining is permitted, never falsifying. "It is important to me to offer authentic taste experiences. To achieve this, you have to take seasonal and regional aspects into account when selecting ingredients. Because food only tastes really good when it is really fresh and mature," says the chef. "And they are only when they are in season. That's why it's very important for us to offer fresh cuisine that's seasonal and regional, combined with a Mediterranean lightness".

Wednesday - Sunday: 12.30 - 14.30 o'clock and 17.00 - 18.00 o'clock
